Making enchiladas at home from scratch can be daunting.  There are multiple items that need to be prepped, from the meat and filling to the sauce and side items.  Yes, you can buy some pretty good premade sauces to save time, but it can still be a lot of work.  That is why we wanted to take away the stress of making them at home so you can have a quick and delicious enchilada dinner in under 5 minutes! What is a Roulade?

What is a Roulade? The term roulade stems from the French word "rouler" or to roll.  At the end of the day, a roulade is just a fancy way of stuffing meat or pastry by rolling the filling inside.  Roulades can come in many forms, both sweet and savory.  The savory versions tend to be made with meats filled with vegetables, cheese, seasonings, and sauces. A Swiss Roll, Yule Log, and Jelly Roll are all examples of sweet dessert/pastry roulades. Why do we love them?
