A variation on classic at home oven baked jalapeño poppers that are quick and easy to make with our Smoked Salmon Spread. Requires only two additional ingredients: jalapeños and breadcrumbs!
Ingredients

1/4 Cup Smoked Salmon Spread

4 Medium-Large Jalapeños

2 Tablespoons Panko Breadcumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Slice jalapeños lengthwise and deseed
Fill jalapeños with smoked salmon dip (about 1 tablespoon per half)
Top jalapeños with breadcrumbs pressing in lightly
Bake in oven for 15 minutes, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispy topping.
Let cool slightly and enjoy
